OUR APPROACH
We work with partners to protect vulnerable children and restore young victims of exploitation. We support children in orphanages and child abuse prevention.

We give children the opportunity to make a difference in their lives, communities and greater world by providing them with educational resources, tools and equipment. We know that education is the most effective way for children to have access to the greater world as well as an opportunity to participate in it.
EDUCATING
CHILDREN
We coordinate with partners to provide training, skills building workshops, and opportunities that can lift marginalized women out of the cycle of poverty,
We partner with organizations that work to prevent child marriage. We educate and provide girls with skills and assets needed to improve their lives and that of their families.
EDUCATING
WOMEN & GIRLS
EDUCATION
With little education and no job skills, many young people face a future of begging, scavenging, or even exploitation of the worst kind. A quality education can lift marginalized children out of the cycle of poverty, equipping them to support themselves and their families. Learning how to read and write or acquiring a trade or skill is invaluable for children and adults struggling to break the cycle of poverty caused by a lack of resources, access, and opportunity and that’s what HAF seeks to achieve.
CHILD EMPOWERMENT
Forgotten by much of the world, millions of boys and girls struggle to survive under the most desperate of circumstances. Many struggle to make out a living on their own, begging on the streets, scavenging through trash, or working in sweatshops. HAF does provide help to boys and girls in desperate situations, including street children, victims of exploitation and sex trafficking.
We advocate for change by creating awareness through our educational outreaches on the need for quality education from primary school through secondary school.
We support local schools, orphanages, hospitals, organizations and ministries that serve children or sometimes women who have experienced any form of hardship, abuse or disaster.
ADVOCATING
FOR CHANGE
We work with communities and challenge them to explore various avenues to wealth like Aquaculture farming, fruit trees and forestry farming, beekeeping farming, livestock farming, chickens and other poultry farming and diary producing animal farming.
We train communities on how to protect the weakest of their members and encourage them to support each other by living a crime free environment.
EDUCATING
COMMUNITIES
advocacy & social justice
Women and girls all over the world face the dark reality of abandonment, exploitation, and abuse. Most times with little education and no job skills, many women – particularly single mothers – sometimes beg or scavenge to provide for themselves and their families. HAF helps meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of women through programs like abuse prevention, trafficking awareness, general/maternal health and infant care, vocational training and family counseling.
economic development
A skilled and educated workforce is crucial in today's economy. Without proper education and skill acquisition in place, communities cannot be self sustaining. Developing sound economic development is a means to stimulate growth, development and increase access to funds and capital for local communities. HAF helps assist communities in developing and improving their workforce through its various educational and skill acquisition outreaches.
OUR IMPACT
HAF started in 2018 and in the first half of the same year, HAF reached out to 275 children in three various schools in Eastern part of Nigeria. So far HAF have reached out to five various schools. Our year-long Regional outreaches has made a positive impact on lives of many children by providing them with educational materials, recreational materials, paid school fees, clean drinkable water, and above all improved self esteem and the understanding that education is power.

Working With Schools: Millions of children worldwide live in desperately poor communities where schools have been destroyed by war, disaster, or decay. In some cases, access to education is far away, that’s why HAF provides education opportunities to help break the cycle of poverty, by providing an avenue that equips all the parties involved in a child’s successful education.
